By making an appointment you agree to the following:
- If you are sick please be considerate and reschedule.
- If there is any problem or nail breakage in the first 3 days following your appointment, I will gladly assist free of charge. Anything after that will be charged accordingly. Remember that maintenance and aftercare is very important!
- Accepted payment methods:
Exact amount in cash
Immediate EFT
Card Facilities: R10-00 service fee for amounts R250-00 and less, R20-00 service fee for any amount greater than R250-00
- Unfortunately no children will be allowed at the salon.
- If no confirmation form is received your appointment will be considered cancelled automatically. Fresha sends a reminder - if form is not submitted the automatic "confirmed" message from Fresha has no value.
- Please ensure to be on time for your appointment. Being excessively early will result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled as all of my attention goes towards the client's nails I am busy with and I will not answer any phone calls or WhatsApp messages to open the gate. Being late will result in your appointment being canceled.
- Right of admission reserved. We reserve the right to refuse any service.
- Please ensure to book correctly as all services have a specific time allocation and design changes may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
